Master Captain J.P. ALLEN is a New Orleans based writer and Merchant Mariner. His latest book, The Navigator Within: How to Navigate Through Life’s Troubled Waters, is a testament of his ability to master both the rough seas and rough life. His other works includes, Breaking Through the Breaking Point, EXXIT ONLY, and MATTI-ADORE and the Royal Crown Medallion. Captain Jayh is also a talented songwriter and Poet.
